Coca-Cola was bottled and sold for the first time on 12th March 1894 by soda fountain operator Joseph Biedenharn in Vicksburg, Mississippi. It had been created by pharmacist John Pemberton and was originally sold as a medicine. On 8th May 1886, Coca-Cola had been sold for the first time at Jacob’s Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia.
