Dr Pepper, the famous soft drink, was introduced on 1st December 1885. This makes it older than Coca-Cola by a year. Dr Pepper was created by Charles Alderton and the first serving was offered to Wade Morrison, the owner of Morrison’s Old Corner Drug Store in Waco, Texas.
