Steve Jobs unveiled the iPhone at the Macworld 2007 convention 9th January 2007. The device was described as “a revolutionary and magical product” by the CEO. Steve Jobs had favoured the development of the iPhone over the iPad even though Apple had started to work on the tablet before the phone.
