American artist and a pioneer of the stop motion clay animation technique. He is known for creating the character of Gumby introduced in Gumbasia. Gumby later got his own TV show The Adventures of Gumby and much later a full movie, Gumby: The Movie. Clokey also made Davey and Goliath.
