WWW was invented on NeXT Computers

The WWW was invented by Sir Tim Berners-Lee on the NeXTSTEP operating system. The same OS forms the source of Apple’s OS X, iOS, watchOS and tvOS. NeXTSTEP was originally written for the NeXT computer and is based on UNIX.
