Louis de Broglie Death Anniversary

French physicist known for the de Broglie hypothesis which forms the central part of the theory of quantum mechanics and explains the wave-particle duality of matter. This was proved by the Davisson–Germer experiment and got de Broglie the 1929 Nobel Prize in Physics.
