iPix sells an easy to use seamless “graphic stitcher” called Spin Panorama. The program lets you create seamlessly welded images which you can then save as standalone graphics or panoramic graphics. The algorithm used for stitching images is quite good and allows for fine tuning of the stitching process by letting you set the welding points.
