On Android or iPhone
- Open a web browser (e.g., Google Chrome) to access the web login on your Android or iPhone.
- Enter the URL https://login.rackspace.com in the address bar and press Enter.
- Enter Your username (i.e. your Rackspace email address) in the Email Address field.
- Enter Your Password in the Password field.
- Double-check the username and password before proceeding, as passwords are case-sensitive.
- If the entered credentials are incorrect, Rackspace will display an error message.
- Tap the Login button to proceed.
- If the credentials are correct, you’ll gain access to your email inbox.
If you repeatedly enter incorrect login details, Rackspace might temporarily lock your account to prevent unauthorized access.

- Bookmark the login page for quick access next time.
- If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.
