On Windows Desktop
- Open any Web Browser on your Windows desktop (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox).
- Enter the URL https://login.rackspace.com in the address bar and press Enter.
- In the Email Address field (Username Field), type your Rackspace Email address.
- In the Password field, type your password.
- Double-check the username and password before proceeding, as passwords are case-sensitive.
- If the entered credentials are incorrect, Rackspace will display an error message.
- Click on the Login button to access your Rackspace account.
- If your credentials are correct, you’ll be redirected to your Rackspace email dashboard.
If you repeatedly enter incorrect login details, Rackspace might temporarily lock your account to prevent unauthorized access.
On Android or iPhone
Additional Tips
- Bookmark the login page for quick access next time.
- Use Remember Me (if available) to stay signed in.
- If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.
