Home / Web Browsers / Browsers List
This is a complete and thorough list of all web browsers in the market – the popular, as well as the little-known ones. The list is updated monthly because browsers come and go. A case in point is Vivaldi, a new nifty browser with awesome features and usability. It is developed by Vivaldi Technologies, a company co-founded by Jon von Tetzchner, one of the creators of Opera web browser.
Please bookmark this page or like it on Facebook to spread the word around. And if you know of a browser that’s not been included in this list, please do let us know.

Why not put Avast Safe Zone Browser on the list
[…] The browsers I put in this list are browsers I’ve heard of or even tried. At the moment when I am writing this I am using Yandex Browser it’s really a your choice. Last week I tested Vivaldi and it’s a good browser it has a lot of features but it’s not stable yet I’ve found some bugs that ruined the experience. If you want more browsers go ahead and take a look at this list right here. […]
Ya need ro update
It’s updated once every two weeks. At times, sooner.

Can you add Slimjet web Browser to the list as well. It is a chromium based browser and developed by same company which maintains Slimbrowser.
Slimjet has good unique features and i have found it to be a better browser for myself compared to other browsers.

Compatible with all versions of Windows & Linux
It is already in the list
Sir, Very good to know. Thanks. One question, which is the browser use worldwide on computers and phones and by the online internet banking?
It all depends on which platform (operating systems) your devices run. For instance, for people working on Apple computers and phones, Safari is a good choice. Similarly, Microsoft users may choose Edge. Google’s Chrome runs on multiple platforms. I suggest you try the popular browsers and see which one works for you the best.
There is no chrome canary and chromium and pidgin
Never mind, there is chromium
I need browser that can be used with Google Hangouts on a Mac 10.6.8. Am I out of luck? Thanks
You can try using the default browser on your operating system which would be Safari. Having said that, Snow Leopard is old and some features on modern web sites might run with glitches or not at all. Best of luck
You missed Crusta Browser
Way, way, back when, I was using this odd little browser, and I can’t remember the name of it. I would know it if I saw it. It was one of the first tabbed browsers I had seen. I think it must have been from China because the English wasn’t so great. It was real cutesy with lots of ladybugs on it. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I doubt it, but I thought I’d ask. Thanks.
Can these browsers be used in mobiles also?
@RL SHARMA
Many of these have mobile versions too. I suggest checking up the mobile browsers list.
@Anne C.
The first web browse to support tabs was InternetWorks developed by BookLink. The company was later bought by AOL.
@Chintu
Crusta looks like a cool browser. I’ve added it to the list. Thanks for letting me know.
