The Tranform Fill modifer
of the Paint Bucket tool is used to change the location, size and rotation of gradient fills.
To transform a fill of an object, select the Paint Bucket tool and activate transform fill by clicking on the icon and then click inside the object.
When the transform fill icon is selected, three small icons appear on the object. These icons determine the kind of transformation that can be applied to the object.

The mouse pointer changes to four arrows when it is taken near the circle icon at the center of the object. You can now change the location of the fill by dragging it with the mouse.

The circle icon at the top-right lets you change the rotation of the fill. Thus, horizontal fills can be converted to vertical or diagonal fills. The fill can also be reversed by a 180° rotation.

Stretching the fill is possible by taking the mouse near the small square icon on the right and dragging it horizontally.
The activation of transform fill icon for a radial gradient fill presents four icons on the object.

The position of the radial fill can be changed by taking the mouse cursor near the circle icon at the center and dragging it to a new location.

The square icon lets you stretch the gradient fill.

The rotation of gradient can be modified through the circle icon at the bottom.

The size of the gradient can be increased or decreased by taking the mouse cursor near the circle icon and dragging it.
