Adding a watermark to images

(PSP Version 5 and above)
A watermark can be created on any image using Brightness/Contrast filter.

Step 1
Open the image and click on the text tool
.
Step 2
Click on the image where you want to place the watermark. In the "Add text" window, choose a nice bold font (I've used Arial in 28pt size). Uncheck the Floating check box.
Step 3
You'll now have a selected area on the image that is in the shape of the text.
Click on Color - Adjust - Brightness/Contrast and change the brightness to 45 or higher. Click "OK" to apply.
Step 4
The final result should resemble the watermark in the image below.
