• The Shaw email login page is similar to what you see above. As evident from the URL, you are now on a secure connection.
• Enter the username and password and click the large “Login” button.
• The username is the first part of your email address, the one before the ‘@’ sign.
• The email password is the one that has been assigned to each of your active accounts. Make sure you are using the correct username – password combination else you wouldn’t be able to login successfully.
• In case you’ve forgotten the Shaw email account password, you need to go to the Customer Care web site and login with your primary account information. Now select “Shaw’s Internet Services” followed by the “Manage My Email & Webspace” option. All your Shaw email accounts will be listed. Choose the one whose password you’ve forgotten and proceed with changing this information to get a new password.
  Tip: Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure the Caps Lock isn’t on by mistake. So if you cannot login to your email account, first check the Caps Lock key.
