Setting up Windows Live Email service for my father, I found that the outgoing entry for Central Florida is INCORRECT.

Instead of:

Florida (Central Florida, Orlando)
Incoming: pop-server.cfl.rr.com
Outgoing: smtp-server.clf.rr.com

It should be:
Florida (Central Florida, Orlando)
Incoming: pop-server.cfl.rr.com
Outgoing: smtp-server.cfl.rr.com

cfl instead of clf

We had a bad thunderstorm last night and the computer was on (obviously). When I tried checking Roadrunner email, I got an error. Stumbled across your web site and found exactly what I was looking for. I have been able to straighten out my Outlook Express. Thank you, Audrey

You have the incorrect POP and SMTP configured for your email account. Please check with the email service provider. I see you use a Yahoo email account - do you have the Plus upgrade?
