Know about Google – Company’s interactive history lesson!

If you are obsessed with Google (most web developers and bloggers are) and have a little spare time, here is a great page I came across in the corporate section of the Google’s web site. It showcases the company history in an interactive timeline. I liked the way the page has been laid out and the important events and happenings listed each year. Great stuff.

For instance, Google’s first employee was Craig Silverstein or that the Google logo was centered on the homepage on 31st March 2001. Also check out how the Google homepage has changed over the years.

Unfortunately, Google timeline has not been updated since 2009 (January – February). I suppose the people at Google have forgotten about this resource.
