Lightbox is a simple, unobstrusive script

Check out my post that showcases the illustrations of popular celebrities by Pablo Lobato to see how Lightbox works; click on a thumbnail to display the larger version of the image. However, I was hesitating in using Lightbox on the site because the web pages also have Google AdSense ads. More »

Difference between web designer and web developer
Posted on January 10, 2011 under Answers, Web Design, Web Development | 3 Comments
My classmates and I were having a friendly argument on the difference between a web designer and a web developer… or are they the same? Which according to you is a better bet for the future? Could you also let us know is the average salaries of web designers and web developers?

The first step is to find the colors that will complement these images and photographs. I know you can use the dropper tool of your favorite image editing program but only this gives the color of the selected pixel. What web designers actually need are the predominant colors in the image.
