It comes as no surprise that the majority voted Google as their favourite search engine – obviously, you didn’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out. But what was enlightening from the results of a poll I started a couple of months back is that Yahoo comes in second with double digits (at the time of writing, July 2010).

Chrome on Mac: install and usage

Chrome, the fantabulous free web browser from Google was initially available only for the Windows operating system. However, very soon after the launch, the company started releasing Mac and Linux versions of the software. I don’t think Google would have ever imagined that Chrome for Mac would be as successful as its Windows counterpart.

Google page changed

There is immediately flurry of activity in the Blogsphere whenever Google announces or does something new. Fortunately for readers of the WebDevelopersNotes Blog, my take on the latest changes implemented by Google comes a couple of weeks late. Why “fortunately”? Because you would not have to wade through another blog post that’s saying the same darn thing. Oh yes, the Google page has changed but that’s not all I would be mentioning in this post.
