Mobile web browsers list

The burst of mobile internet surfing is attibuted to microbrowsers. These nifty programs allow you to access the web from any location as long as an active signal is available on the mobile device. Microbrowsers work in different ways. For instance, the Safari browser on iPhones, iPods and iPads displays the web page in all it's glory (minus Flash objects).

Others like Opera Mini (the most popular at the time of writing), Skyfire, Teashark or UZard display a full web page on the small mobile screen instead of a scaled down version. This is achieved by first parsing it on a server that partly or completely renders the page and sends the results to the mobile device.
